Pattern 2/331

The shape shown below appears to match a tea cup, Plate 1109 and a coffee cup, Plate 1110 in Berthoud's Compendium of British Cups. He attributes the cups to Hamilton and Moore. They are marked with pattern numbers 2/489 and 2/566 respectively. He states that his attribution is based upon a matching teapot in the then Godden Reference Collection which has impressed mark H & M. c.1845. (Information kindly provided by Janis Rodwell.)
