The pattern book for the pad-marked wares gives Pattern 471 as 'Tall Candlestick Drab Rosette'.1
Drab coloured earthenware body.
The 10 inch pillar candlstick is 242mm tall, 114mm diameter at the base, and the top ring is 67mm in diameter.
The 7 inch pillar candlstick is 160mm tall, 90mm diameter at the base, and the top ring is 53mm in diameter.

The pattern book for the pad-marked wares gives Pattern 472 as 'White China Rosette tall Candlestick'.1
White porcelainised body.
The 10 inch pillar candlestick is 242mm tall, 118mm diameter at the base, and the top ring is 65mm in diameter.

Pattern 3613
It is perhaps unfortunate that no two Ridgway pillar candlesticks appear to be exactly alike, so I cannot be absolutely certain of the attribution, but the decoration well suits the pattern number range (see dessert patterns 3614 and 3755) and I am happy to include the pattern here.
The candlestick is 150mm tall. Bone china.
