The registration diamond is for 1 February 1870, Parcel 6. There are two patent numbers attached to this registration. Dr. Godden states that these refer to '4 Designs for dessert ware forms.1

Pattern B/3395

I will admit to having difficulty in seeing the difference between B/3395 and B/3304 above. The registration diamond is different, but dated only a fortnight later, and I am not clear what difference that makes to the pattern. Only the discovery of further pieces of both patterns will resolve the matter.

The tall dessert comport is 254mm tall. Bone china.
