Minature London Crested version

Arcadian China was introduced for the production of souvenir and other wares by Arkinstall & Sons around 1904. The firm was taken over by Robinson & Leadbetter in 1908, but retained its separate identity. In 1910 Robinson & Leadbetter became a subsidiary of J. A. Robinson & Sons Ltd., a holding company set up by Harold Taylor Robinson to control his many pottery interests. In 1920 Cauldon Ltd. went into receivership and was bought by Harold Taylor Robinson who renamed it Cauldon Potteries Ltd. In 1924 J. A. Robinson & Sons Ltd. and its many subsidiary companies were merged into Cauldon Potteries Ltd.
This piece must therefore have been produced shortly after that.
The double marking indicates that the blank was produced by Cauldon and decorated by Arcadian.

"The Queen's Doll's House" is 75mm long. Parian china.
