Although the P/ series was not introduced until c.1908, this piece bears pre-1904 marks.
The dessert plate is 222mm in diameter. Bone china.
According to Geoffrey Godden, F. Hillman is recorded as having painted Cauldon wares for the 1893 Chicago Exhibition.1
Tiffany & Co. is a famous New York retailer. Cauldon did some of its finest work for the retailer.
