"Britannicus Dresden China"

This pattern was considered to be by Hicks & Meigh due to a resemblance between the mark and those belonging to H&M Patterns 1, 2, & 3, and the similarity in shape of some dishes to early H&M shapes. Margaret Ironside considered the body to be an early one used by the factory before they produced bone china.
